Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of InTheReply, operated by InTheReply.

The service

InTheReply sends questions you provide to third-party AI services and reports whether your brand and listed competitors appear in the answers. AI answers vary and API results may differ from consumer apps. We do not guarantee any ranking, visibility or business outcome.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for the content you submit. Don't use the service unlawfully or to abuse third-party AI services.

Billing

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds: your first payment comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee — contact us within 14 days of that first charge for a full refund. After that, you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period; we don't give partial or prorated refunds.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 3 months.
